Position Summary
We’re hiring a Board-Certified Music Therapist to provide in-home and community-based therapy services. This position allows for autonomy in your schedule while offering strong support from a collaborative and experienced team.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Facilitate 1:1 and group music therapy sessions
- Document progress, maintain service records, and complete required reports
- Collaborate with families, care teams, and interdisciplinary professionals
- Travel between clients’ homes and community locations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy (required)
- Current Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) credential (required)
- Experience or training with developmental disabilities preferred
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance ($50,000/$100,000 minimum coverage)
- Ability to work independently and manage your caseload and schedule
- Ability to physically support clients as needed (lifting, transferring, etc.)
