PassionClass Teacher-preneur is a new initiative designed to empower passionate individuals to build and grow their own live online teaching business. Through our 9-week PassionClass Teachers Institute, we help you design and launch your dream class, gain real teaching experience, and learn how to attract and retain students — all while getting paid to do what you love.
We believe great classes come from real people with real passion — not pre-recorded videos. Our model centers on live, small-group learning experiences that are interactive, personal, and impactful.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead a live, small-group online class that reflects your expertise and unique teaching approach.
- Foster an inclusive, engaging space where learners feel encouraged to participate.
- Teach your class live through the PassionClass platform.
- Provide real value by offering clear instruction, meaningful feedback, and interactive learning experiences.
- Refine and enhance your class continually, drawing on student input and your own teaching practice.
Qualifications:
- Background in music—whether through formal study, self-taught expertise, or performance experience.
- Ability to teach one or more areas such as vocal technique, instruments, songwriting, music theory, production, or other music-related skills.
- Clear and confident communicator with a genuine passion for helping others learn.
- Previous teaching, coaching, or mentoring experience is a strong advantage.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with enthusiasm for building your own online teaching business.
- Reliable, punctual, and receptive to feedback with a commitment to ongoing growth.

Earnings Potential:
Your pay depends on the price you set for your class and the number of students enrolled. For example:
- If you set a price of $10/hour per student and have 6 students enrolled, you’ll earn $60/hour.
