Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced MT-BC to join our team. Our Agency focuses on helping children with special needs, we work with children with different diagnoses who need a lot of love and understanding.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement expressive music sections for our members.
- Have the ability to move between different locations, sections are at home or Daycare.
- Be able to assist to activities, or other performances to showcase student achievements
- Stay updated with current trends and developments in Music Therapy.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and protection of client data.
• Comply rigorously with all HIPAA regulations.
• Be prepared to document clinical progress notes and all pertinent medical information to maintain comprehensive client records.
• Develop individualized mid‑ and long‑term treatment plans aimed at fostering each client’s cognitive and emotional development.
Requirements:
- Must hold an active Board Certification in Music Therapy (MT-BC).
- Maintain Professional Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000.
- Complete Level II ACHA fingerprinting and background screening.
- Hold a current CPR certification.
- Experience preferred, not required.
- Proficiency in playing one or more musical instruments.
- Florida Driver's license.

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
