Description
We’re looking for a critical thinker and teammate who can quickly develop an understanding of our operations, culture, policies, and procedures and excel in working in a dynamic, heavy workload environment. You'll provide full administrative support to the TV+ Music Clearance department working directly with the team across all aspects of programming, short form, promos and digital content. This role will be involved in the production process; communicating regularly with all teams across TV+. You will craft and maintain informational charts; update music rights database, tracking grids, review music cue sheets, proofread, and summarize documents, and file and draft correspondence for the team. This job has a lot of range in the work and in the level of people you will interact with; you’ll need to be sensitive to information requiring discretion. It’s exciting, fun, and you will learn a lot about a lot!

Assist with completion and delivery of rights and restrictions grids
Coordinate confirmation letters and final delivery of ATV Studios projects
Conduct music ownership research
On-board external music supervisors and accountants to our clearance platform.
Import historical and current data into music licensing tracking system
Generate and distribute weekly music clearance status reports
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in a related field
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative support role
Experience in Music Clearance
Excellent organization skills, acute attention to detail, ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast paced and time sensitive environment
Ability to assume responsibility, function effectively in team environments and independently, with minimal direction
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive materials with discretion
Familiar with reading and understanding music cue sheets
Familiar with music rights holders and music ownership structures
Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident and well-informed decisions
