Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and direct all musical aspects of weekly and special worship services.
- Provide piano and/or organ accompaniment for worship, weddings, funerals, and ceremonies as required.
- Direct and rehearse vocal and instrumental ensembles to ensure musical excellence.
- Collaborate with chaplains, worship leaders, and other staff to select appropriate music aligned with liturgical themes.
- Maintain music library, instruments, and related materials.
- Ensure readiness and professionalism in all scheduled services and rehearsals.
- Submit attendance and activity reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Music (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proficiency in piano and/or organ accompaniment.
- Demonstrated experience directing choirs or ensembles in religious or ceremonial settings.
- Excellent sight-reading, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and disciplined environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and pass background screening for work on a military installation.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in military chapel programs or government service contracts.
Work Schedule
- Approximately 40 hours per week, including Sundays and designated rehearsal times.
- Occasional special services (e.g., weddings, memorials, holidays) as scheduled.
- Familiarity with Protestant and Catholic worship traditions.

Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
