Duties
- Perform lively and engaging piano demonstrations that highlight the sound quality, touch, and unique features of each instrument
- Interact with visitors, providing informative insights about the pianos and answering questions to enhance their experience
- Organize and execute scheduled performances or spontaneous showcases to attract foot traffic and generate interest
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the showroom, ensuring each piano is showcased at its best
- Collaborate with store staff to coordinate special events, promotions, or themed performances that draw attention to the showroom
- Assist in setting up new pianos for display, including tuning adjustments or minor preparations as needed
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and share insights with management to improve display strategies
- Ensure all performances are conducted safely, respecting the instruments and showroom environment
Skills
- Proven piano playing skills with a strong command of technique and musical expression
- Experience performing in front of audiences or participating in theatrical or musical productions (Theater experience is a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences warmly and confidently
- Strong presentation skills, including an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail in staging performances
- Ability to adapt performance style to suit different visitor groups and settings
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor with a passion for music and customer service
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
