Job Summary
small traditional congregation looking for pianist 1 sunday morning per week, plus 1 sat evening per month. Singing abilities a plus , but not necessary 35-65 depending on experience and willingness

Duties

Perform live music for theater productions, events, and rehearsals.
Collaborate with directors, choreographers, and other musicians to develop musical arrangements that enhance performances.
Participate in rehearsals and provide input on musical interpretation and execution.
Maintain a high level of professionalism during performances, ensuring a positive experience for the audience.
Adapt music selections as needed based on the production's requirements or audience feedback.
Assist in the selection of music pieces that align with the theme and mood of the production.
Engage with audiences during performances to create an interactive experience.

Experience

Previous experience as a musician in theater or live performance settings is preferred.
Proficiency in one or more musical instruments or vocal performance is essential.
Strong understanding of musical theory and composition.
Ability to read sheet music and adapt to various musical styles.
Experience working collaboratively within a creative team environment is a plus.
