We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead innovative music label projects from inception to completion. Duties

Lead end-to-end project management for music label initiatives, including software development, system integrations, and cloud-based solutions using Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and Kanban methodologies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, define project scope, and develop comprehensive project schedules utilizing Microsoft Project and Project management software.
Coordinate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure robust deployment of databases such as SQL and Oracle, supporting enterprise-level music distribution platforms.
Oversee the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process—covering analysis skills, test case creation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and release management—to guarantee high-quality deliverables.
Manage project risks by implementing disaster recovery plans and IT governance standards while maintaining clear communication with all team members through tools like SharePoint and Visio.
Facilitate project meetings, negotiate scope changes, and ensure adherence to PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) principles for successful project implementation.
Track progress using Jira, VersionOne, TFS (Team Foundation Server), and other project management tools; monitor timelines to ensure on-time delivery aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements

Proven experience managing complex enterprise software projects within the music or entertainment industry.
Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS along with IT infrastructure management skills.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks including SAFe and Kanban; experience with Waterfall methodology is a plus.
Proficiency in project scheduling tools like Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and SharePoint for documentation and reporting purposes.
Expertise in requirements gathering, analysis skills, user acceptance testing (UAT), and test-driven development (TDD).
Solid understanding of databases such as SQL and Oracle; experience with IT governance standards related to data security and disaster recovery planning.
Excellent leadership qualities with strong communication skills; capable of negotiating scope changes and managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while demonstrating time management and organizational skills.

Pay: $36,669.85 - $50,744.33 per year
