Gymboree Play & Music offers hands-on play classes for babies, toddlers and preschoolers in art, music and school skills. We are currently hiring for a part-time position teaching 15-20 hours per week.

We are looking for a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a love of working with young children and will be able to create an engaging and stimulating learning environment. The teacher will be responsible for delivering age-appropriate activities to children and their caregivers during our Play, Music and Art classes. A successful Early Childhood Teacher will also be able to foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. This is a great opportunity to gain experience working in early childhood development! Due to the nature of our class experience - performance or music background is helpful.

Responsibilities:

Implement curriculum plans that meet the needs of the children based on Gymboree lesson plans.
Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
Provide guidance and support to children and their caregivers in their learning activities.
Ensure that all safety regulations are followed in the classroom.
Customer service, including answering calls, account research and payment processing/organization as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
