We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Music Teacher to join our educational team. As a Music Teacher, you will play a vital role in developing students' musical abilities, enhancing their creativity, and instilling confidence through performance and collaboration.

Duties

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to various skill levels and learning styles.
Teach music theory, instrumental techniques, vocal techniques, and performance skills.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and creativity.
Mentor students individually and in groups, providing constructive feedback to enhance their musical growth.
Organize and prepare students for performances, recitals, and competitions.
Collaborate with other educators to integrate music into the broader curriculum.
Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and faculty regarding student development and achievements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Music Education or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in teaching music or leading musical groups.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey concepts and engage students.
Ability to educate diverse groups of learners with varying levels of musical knowledge.
Experience in mentoring students is highly desirable.
Proficiency in one or more musical instruments or vocal performance is required.
