Hollywood DJ is a large DJ supply warehouse in Los Angeles, CA. We are growing quickly and ship DJ gear and music equipment all over the United States every day.

We're looking for a rockstar CSR Ninja to add to our team.

Ninja? Yes Ninja.

Can you be an advocate for a grouchy customer that received a damaged shipment...and make them your new best friend? That's Ninja.

Can you juggle multiple incoming calls while you're helping a live chat? That's a rare case...but that's Ninja.

Can you type fast and solve customer service tickets with responses that create customers for life? That's Ninja.

We're looking to add a true Ninja CSR to our small team that can generally figure $hit out, make customers love them, be pleasant to work with (no drama) and loves being part of a high quality remote team.

We're building something awesome and we're looking for team members that "get it", aren't afraid of hard work and don't just want "a job". We're all in this together and looking for more peeps that want to be part of what we're building.

REQUIRED: Previous experience with Online Customer Service in the Music Industry using a CRM system of some kind
REQUIRED: successful example of prior experience working remotely.

Job Specifics for CSR Ninja:

1st in line answering phones
Live Chats
Problem solving customer service tickets (CRM System)
Strong general computer skills (Mandatory)
Strong Sales and/or CSR Experience Track Record with references
Must be a self-starter and be able to work independently once trained
Salary depends on experience. (Previous music industry e-commerce experience is required)
Must pass a criminal background check.
Positive outlook required
