Laity Institute of the Arts, a non-profit arts organization, is looking for an experienced and passionate part-time piano teacher to join our team. You'll be teaching private 30-minute lessons to students in grades 2 and up, guiding them from beginning to advanced levels.

We're seeking someone with a proven ability to teach various piano styles and techniques, along with strong music theory knowledge. Beyond teaching, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with other faculty, participate in recitals, and truly engage with our artistic community. Patience and a desire to share your craft with children are highly valued!

Qualifications:

An AA, BA, BFA, or MFA degree (preferably in music) OR at least five years of music teaching experience.
A strong background in music with a wide range of experience.
A successful track record of working with children is a big plus.
Availability to work 2-5 pm, two or more days a week.
Reliable transportation.

Pay is competitive and based on your experience.
