Seeking a new DRUM Teacher to join our team!

Specifically looking for someone to teach weekday late afternoons/evenings (about 3-6:30/7PM are prime-time hours. We do serve homeschool students during the daytime as well).

To be qualified you must know all fundamentals (scales, chords, and theory, rudiments and all major styles for drums). You MUST BE ABLE TO READ MUSIC at an extremely high level and be able to read well, and be committed to teaching students the same. If you can’t read music on your instrument, don’t call us, don’t email us, unless you are signing up for lessons. We take this very seriously. You need to believe in the importance of these things and be able to demonstrate proficiency (and hopefully mastery) of them! If you CAN”T READ MUSIC at an extremely high level_ don’t know your stuff, please don’t waste our time. We don't mess around when it comes to music!_

We are a community-based music school that is a sister school of The Tuned In Academy, combined, we serve over 500 students. We are building a team of great people serious about music and music education, including the fundamentals! Our team serves mostly on the weekends, though we also have some weekday morning and evening opportunities as well, so this is a great opportunity for those with a day job or another part time-work but can definitely become a primary work if you work hard want to teach M-Friday for most of the day to mid-evening.

If you don't have teaching experience but you care about music and people, and you know your stuff, we can train you in the art of teaching. You must be a hard worker, desire to teach and grow in your craft as well as in helping others grow, be on the ball and responsive, and understanding of our community and how we operate.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
