### **Key Responsibilities:**

#### **Artist Representation & Monetization**

- **Sell the artist to the fans**—create hype, demand, and energy around **PODMG Records artists**.

- Ensure **HTG Global-affiliated artists are properly positioned**, increasing their value at venues.

- Work with club owners, DJs, and promoters to **secure high-earning opportunities for artists and events**.

- Use your **industry experience to make sure the right audience shows up**—those who will spend and support.

#### **Promotion & Event Execution**

- Plan and execute **high-level club nights, listening parties, and brand activations** that generate revenue.

- Leverage your connections to **place artists on the best stages, in the best clubs, with the best promoters**.

- Use **proven sales and marketing strategies** to drive ticket sales, bottle service, and VIP experiences.

- Ensure all events align with **HTG Global’s brand vision and growth strategy**.

#### **Investment & Business Growth**

- **Invest $10K into HTG Global**, backing **PODMG Records & Tr33ze Brand’s expansion into nightlife and fashion**.

- **Double your money** by structuring events, artist bookings, and brand collaborations to maximize profits.
