With the rapid growth, PMI added a second location in Allen, TX in Jan 2025. The new campus is conveniently located at the corner of TX-121 and North Watters Road.

We are in urgent need of passionate and caring Piano Instructors to join our Allen team.

This is a full-time-track position. You will start as a contractor for 6 months, then you will be eligible for being converted to a full-time employee.

As one of the fastest growing music schools in the DFW area, we are able to fill up your teaching spots up to 25 hours a week with a starting pay rate of $40-$55 per hour. What's more, we will be providing a $500 sign-on bonus after you are converted to a full-time employee.

Job Summary

We are looking for Piano instructors to join our institute. The instructors are expected to teach private and group music lessons to students aged 4 - adult.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Teach private piano lessons to students aged 4 – adult.

· Teach students music theory, sight-reading, and some fundamental composition

· Serve as judges in recitals

· Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

· A Bachelor's degree in Piano Performance or related programs

· One-year piano teaching experience

· Must be very friendly and passionate with music education

Teaching Location

Allen, TX 75013

Teaching Schedule: Mostly Monday – Saturday, 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM.

Work Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work in US.
