Requirements for the Behavioral Health Specialist:

Board Certification as a Music Therapist
License, registration, and/or certification appropriate to the field.
Minimum bachelors degree in mental health field such as; art, recreational, counseling (P.C., P.C.C.), Social Work (LSW, LISW) or music therapy (MTA).
