Job Title: Worship Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and talented Worship Leader to join our team. As a Worship Leader, you will be responsible for leading our congregation in meaningful and engaging worship experiences. You will work closely with the pastoral team to create an atmosphere of reverence and spiritual connection through music and prayer.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and lead worship services in collaboration with the pastoral team

- Select appropriate music, hymns, and songs for each service

- Lead rehearsals with musicians, vocalists, and other worship team members

- Create an atmosphere conducive to worship and spiritual growth

- Mentor and develop members of the worship team

- Communicate effectively with team members and congregation

- Educate the congregation on the significance of worship

Qualifications:

- Demonstrated leadership abilities

- Ability to educate and inspire through worship
