Job Description: We are seeking a skilled, passionate guitar instructor to join our team. As a remote instructor, you will teach students of all levels through live, online sessions, providing personalized instruction and guidance to help them reach their musical goals. This role requires a strong foundation in guitar techniques, music theory, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles.

Responsibilities:

Conduct live, interactive online guitar lessons.

Develop lesson plans that align with our curriculum while catering to each student’s individual needs.

Provide constructive feedback and progress reports for students.

Use innovative tools and approaches to enhance students' understanding and enjoyment of improvisation, ear training, and sight-reading.

Encourage and motivate students, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.

Collaborate with our team to continuously improve the curriculum and teaching methods.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a guitar instructor, ideally in an online setting.

Strong understanding of both Indian and Western music theory.

Proficiency in improvisation, music theory, and at least one of the following areas: sight-reading, ear training, or music composition.

Excellent communication skills and patience.

Reliable internet connection and familiarity with online teaching platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in music production.

Ability to teach students across varying age groups and skill levels.
