Responsibilities

Develop curriculum materials that align with best practices in music education, including special education adaptations where necessary.
Manage classroom environments effectively, ensuring a safe, respectful, and motivating space for all students.
Assess student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
Foster a love for music by inspiring creativity, discipline, and perseverance in students of all ages.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, or educational coordinators to support student development and address individual needs.

Qualifications

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching music instruments across different age groups and skill levels.
Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored to diverse learners.
Familiarity with learning technology tools that enhance music instruction and engagement.
Experience working with children, including early childhood or preschool settings, as well as adult education environments.
Knowledge of classroom management techniques to maintain an organized and positive learning atmosphere.
Ability to adapt teaching methods for students with special education needs or those requiring childcare support.
