Upbeat Music School (www.upbeatmusic.school) is a music school focused on delivering high-quality, inspiring music education. We’re looking for experienced and passionate drum instructors to join our talented team. We offer private and group lessons for students of all ages and levels, from beginners to advanced players.

What We're Looking For:
We’re seeking a drum teacher who:

Has teaching experience with children, teens, and/or adults
Can create engaging, structured lessons that build technique and musicality
Can teach music theory along with instrument technical skills
Is reliable, communicative, and professional with students and parents
Can teach in person at our studio

Responsibilities:

Teach private and/or group drum lessons
Tailor lesson plans to individual student needs and goals
Communicate with parents regarding student progress
Maintain punctuality and a consistent teaching schedule
Prepare students for recitals, auditions, or exams

Requirements:

Music degree (or equivalent abundance experience) preferred but not required.
Strong drum proficiency and versatility in styles
Teaching experience with a track record of student success
Availability during after-school hours and/or weekends

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $150.00 per hour
