About Us

The Worthington Chorus is a mixed voice community chorus group with members of all ages who are from all over Central Ohio.

Beginning as the Worthington Community Chorus, the Worthington Chorus was founded in 1976 by the late Robert L. Stewart and performed with the Worthington Songsters until 1985. It is one of the few choruses in the country to perform all styles of music – classical, contemporary, rock, Broadway show tunes, and old standards – to name a few.

The Worthington Chorus performs at community events and has two major performances during the September-May season, a Winter Concert and a Spring Show. The Winter Concert comprises of traditional and classical holiday music, and the Spring Show theme includes popular music with sets, choreography and costumes.
