Trinity United Church of Christ in Canton, Ohio is known for its fine music ministry, with choral and instrumental music supporting and magnifying the worship experience. This vibrant, music loving congregation is seeking a Director of Music and Organist/accompanist. These positions could be filled by one or two people.
The Director of Music (approximately 25 - 28 hours a week) is responsible for directing the vocal and handbell choirs as well as providing organ music and accompaniment.
The Organist/Accompanist (12-15 hours per week) will provide music for the worship service on our unmatched 4 manual, 61 rank Schantz organ, as well as accompaniment for the choir.
The person or persons that fills these positions will be responsible for carrying on the excellent tradition of a fine music ministry at Trinity United Church of Christ.
