Salary:
AEA Members: 3% of the base salary on the AEA Certified Salary Schedule
Non-AEA Members: 3% of the base salary on the Non-Degreed Certificated Salary Schedule
Essential Duties :-
Must have extensive knowledge of percussion technique and instruction

Proven experience in teaching and modeling character and responsible behavior

Positive, high energy, and committed

Partner well with the band staff

Ability to establish working relationships with co-workers and function as a cohesive team

Able to have effective and positive communication with students, staff members, and directors

Responsible, professional, and embodies high ethical standards and integrity

Attend drumline rehearsals, marching band rehearsals, and marching band performances

Attend spring training rehearsals for band trip and spring drumline clinics at the Middle School

Work with the Drumline Captains to develop a high-quality drumline
The following requirements must be on file before starting:
- Valid and Appropriate Ohio Teaching License
- Favorable State and Federal background checks
- Negative Drug Screen Result

The successful candidate must complete all required training/ courses for the Pupil Activity Permit and any Vector/Safe Schools compliance courses as recommended and assigned by the Athletic Director.
