The Latin Music Hub is an emerging force in the Latin music industry — a platform and annual conference dedicated to empowering the next generation of Latin artists, executives, and professionals. Based in Orlando, FL, we unite talent and industry under one roof, with a mission to drive representation, education, and opportunity across the global Latin music ecosystem.
We’re Assembling a Visionary Board
We’re seeking experienced and passionate leaders to join our Board of Directors or Advisory Board. These individuals will help shape the vision, growth, and impact of The Latin Music Hub for years to come.
Ideal Backgrounds:
We’re looking for people with deep experience and networks in:
- Latin Music & Entertainment
- Business, Media, & Marketing
- Nonprofit or Conference Development
- Music Education or Cultural Programming
- Sponsorships, Fundraising, or Finance
- International Latinx Community Engagement
Duties
- Responsibilities Include:
- Advise on long-term vision and strategic planning
- Open doors to partnerships, sponsors, and talent
- Support fundraising or grant efforts
- Help elevate brand visibility and reputation
- Optional: Participate in quarterly Zoom calls or annual meetings
Qualifications
- Proven experience in program development, relationship management, or similar roles.
- Strong budgeting skills with a focus on financial oversight.
- Background in social work or behavioral health is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse groups.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
- Commitment to the mission of the organization and a passion for community service.
