Pay: $70-$85 per client contact hour
Schedule: Flexible. Part time or full time; dependent on the independent contractor’s preferred service area.
Location: On the road - Western Wisconsin. Service area is flexible depending on independent contractor location and desired areas of service.

Position Details:
- Part time or full time client contact hours available
- In-person services within client homes, client schools, or in community settings
- Service location options include: Hudson, New Richmond, Somerset, Osceola, St. Croix Falls, Amery, Frederic, Spooner, Webster, and Shell Lake
- Flexible scheduling based on client availability and independent contractor’s preference
- Client caseload consists of children and adolescents with a variety of needs; behavioral diagnoses, mental health diagnoses, genetic disorders, and/or neurodivergent individuals.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's in Music Therapy
- Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) credential holder
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle in order to drive to meet clients in their homes, schools, and/or community-based settings
- Able to pass a caregiver background check
- Professional liability insurance
Qualities:
- Highly independent
- Passion for providing music therapy services to a variety of individuals
- Detail oriented and organized
- Clearly communicates the benefits of music therapy to others
- Communicates professionally and in a timely manner
- Previous experience as an independent contractor preferred but not required
