Job Requirements
- Must be a Board-Certified Music Therapist or be taking the CBMT exam within 2 months of the start date
Location
- Main office is located in Prairie Du Chien, WI
- We currently provide services in Crawford, Grant, and Iowa counties
Hours
- We are accepting full time applicants and part time applicants, full time positions are salaried. Full time schedule consists of 4-4.5 days in the field plus office time.

Job Description
- Conduct primarily 1:1 sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessments and ongoing treatment.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate documentation.
- Travel to and from client’s homes and facilities as needed.
- Communicate with families and caregivers to provide continuous support.
- Regularly meet with the team to brainstorm creative and proactive strategies to strengthen clinical skills and client engagement
- Stay informed about best practices in music therapy and participate in professional development opportunities.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Experience working with other disciplines as a collaborator or practitioner
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective documentation and collaboration.
- A compassionate approach to care that prioritizes the well-being of clients.
