Responsibilities
- Lead dynamic worship sessions that inspire congregation participation and deepen spiritual connection.
- Select and arrange music that aligns with the message and enhances the overall worship experience.
- Collaborate with other ministry leaders to plan worship themes, special events, and seasonal services.
- Foster an inclusive environment by encouraging participation from diverse age groups and backgrounds.
- Mentor and develop volunteer musicians and singers, providing guidance on musical skills and spiritual growth.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate schedules, rehearsals, and service flow.
- Maintain a repertoire of songs that reflect the congregation’s faith journey while introducing fresh, relevant music.
- Ensure all technical aspects of worship (sound, lighting, multimedia) are managed smoothly for seamless services.
