Responsibilities

- Produce high-quality recordings by utilizing digital audio workstations (DAWs) and other production tools, ensuring polished final outputs.
- Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to refine compositions and performances, maintaining momentum throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in arranging music for various formats, including demos, full tracks, or live performances, with attention to detail and artistic integrity.
- Maintain organized documentation of project files, stems, and notes to facilitate seamless collaboration across remote teams.
- Stay current with industry trends and innovative techniques in songwriting, production, and performance to bring fresh ideas into each project.
- Support the integration of theatrical elements when relevant, enhancing the storytelling aspect of musical productions.
Experience
- Proven experience as a songwriter, producer, or musician with a portfolio demonstrating versatility across different styles and genres.
- Strong proficiency with digital audio workstations such as Ableton Live, Logic Pro X, Pro Tools or similar software.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in remote settings while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with an energetic attitude that fosters creative synergy among team members.
- Experience working on theatrical or performance-based projects is a plus but not required; familiarity with stage production adds value.
