Actively seeking a highly qualified Music Teacher. Full time, contract position for the current school year through May 2026. Opportunity for extension pending performance and enrollment. Primary responsibilities include Music instruction in upper elementary (3-6 grade) and secondary (7-12). Additional responsibilities include leading school choir/chorus and glee club, as well as collaborating with the performing arts department in the production of the yearly musical/play. Performances may take place on campus or in the local community both during and after school hours.

Requirements:
· Dynamic, engaging and committed 21st-century educator with a caring/nurturing mindset.
· Student-centered, interdisciplinary approach to teaching and learning
· Expertise in the desired content areas and modern pedagogical approaches
· Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual needs and achieve high level outcomes for all students
· A demonstrated record of high-level student achievement
· Experienced in the incorporation of educational technology (edtech apps, 3D design and printing, emerging technologies).
· A commitment to be an active participant in school and community life
· A willingness and/or ability to serve as a homeroom teacher, sponsor student clubs, activities or organizations
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English required (bi-lingual preferred)
· A strong collaborator and contributing team member – with students, parents, faculty and staff, and school administration
· A strong commitment to creating school community as a Teacher, Mentor and Advisor to students
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Music, Music Education, or related field, required, Master’s preferred
· Teaching experience in the subject areas and grade levels, required.
