We’re looking to connect with a few solid audio engineers and producers who love the craft and understand what it really takes to keep a studio alive and meaningful in today’s music industry.
This isn’t a typical job listing with a fixed salary. It’s an opportunity for the right people to step into a fully equipped, beautifully built studio environment and treat it like a creative home base. The kind of place where you can bring in your own clients, collaborate on projects, and build momentum together instead of grinding alone.
The space itself is fully furnished, dialed in, and built to inspire. Artists walk in and feel comfortable. The vibe is right. The tools are there. What we’re looking for now are the people who can bring their skill, professionalism, and personality into that space.
Ideally, you’re comfortable in Pro Tools or Logic, you’ve run real sessions before, and you have work you can share. Just as important, you know how to talk to artists like a fellow creative — not from above, not from a script, but from a place of understanding. Sessions should feel productive and human.
This isn’t for musicians looking for their own discounted studio time. It’s for engineers and producers who take responsibility, can run sessions, and want to be part of a small team where everyone benefits from keeping the room active. There’s money to be made through hourly work, profit splits, and collaborative projects, but it comes from effort, relationships, and consistency.
We’re building something community-driven — recording, mixing, rehearsals, podcasts, video production, artist development, and brand building. The goal is to keep the space alive with creativity and purpose, not just transactions.
We’ll be hosting an open house soon to meet a few qualified people face to face and celebrate our recent relaunch and 13th year in business. If the idea of stepping into a ready-to-go studio, contributing your skills, and growing together sounds right to you, reach out with a little about yourself and some examples of your work.
No hype, no promises of overnight success — just a good space, good people, and the chance to build something real together.
