Franklin Phonetic School is a free public Charter School founded in 1996 by three career teachers including an internationally known music composer. We are seeking a new instrumental music teacher for the 26/27 school year. The applicant will be responsible for teaching brass, woodwinds, and percussion instruments and directing multiple bands. This candidate would also be responsible for organizing school participation in holiday parades. This portion of the position would be part time.
If part time, the position will be $20-$25 pre hour based on experience and education.
The right candidate might also be considered for a full time position which would also include instruction of our junior high choir as well as general music classes for our elementary students.
If this becomes a full time position, the pay will be a salary between $40,000 - $45,000 based on experience and education.
