We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Elementary Creatives Teacher specializing in music and theater to inspire young learners and foster their artistic talents. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative curriculum plans that integrate music and theater activities aligned with early childhood education standards.
- Lead interactive lessons that promote active participation, creativity, and teamwork among students.
- Incorporate learning technology and multimedia tools to enhance artistic instruction and student engagement.
- Support students’ social-emotional development through mentoring, behavior management, and fostering a positive classroom atmosphere.
- Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects, school events, and performances that showcase student talents.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those with special education requirements or autism spectrum disorder.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, assessments, and lesson plans while ensuring compliance with educational policies.
Skills
- Proven experience in classroom management, lesson planning, and curriculum development for early childhood or elementary education.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators.
- Knowledge of literacy education, math integration, standardized testing preparation, and library services as they relate to arts instruction.
- Expertise in working with children with diverse needs including special education, early intervention programs, or private school environments.
- Familiarity with learning technology tools and digital resources to support arts-based learning activities.
- Ability to mentor students in their artistic pursuits while promoting positive behavior management strategies.

Pay: $40,746.86 - $61,114.50 per year
