GuitarLove is a growing online guitar school changing the way kids learn guitar with Live Small Group Lessons.

Positions Details:
Role: Guitar Teacher
Pay: $30–$45/hour
Location: Remote - Work from home
Schedule: Evenings, Tuesday to Thursday

As a GuitarLove Teacher, You Will:
- Ensure students have fun and make progress in every GuitarLove lesson!
- Motivate and engage students with enthusiasm, encouragement and feedback.
- Balance group feedback and individual feedback fluently throughout every lesson.
- Manage the timing and pace of a lesson to keep students hooked and engaged.
- Balance fun with progress, ensuring your students feel proud of their growing guitar skills.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance.
- Create detailed and progressive lesson plans.
- Attend regular meetings to collaborate with the studio.
Qualifications:
- High proficiency in a wide range of genres and skills in guitar.
- Experience teaching and working with kids.
- Experience teaching in an online setting is an asset.
- Experience working with kids in a group setting is an asset.
Requirements:
- Prior experience teaching kids.
- Must clear a criminal record background check.
- You will need professional equipment such as lighting, mic, web cam and reliable high-speed internet.
- You must be tech savvy, able to learn and use new software.
