This facility is seeking an Obstetrics Hospitalist Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
· Schedule: 24 hours (in-house), Call Required, 24–96-hour shift scheduling
· Practice Setting: Inpatient
· Types of Cases: triage patients and perform vaginal or cesarean deliveries. Management of high & low-risk obstetric evaluations, emergencies, and urgent gynecological consultations/surgeries. Provide education/mentoring for residents and staff. Assist Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) peers in complex surgical cases if needed.
· Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
· Certifications Required: Board Certified
· Licensure Required: Iowa
