Modern Worship Leader (Part-Time)

~20 hours/week | Reports to Senior Pastor
THE ROLE
We’re looking for someone who can lead modern worship in a way that connects. This is a hands-on role building a team, planning services, and leading people in worship each week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead modern worship services (Sundays, Easter, Christmas Eve)
- Build and develop a volunteer worship team
- Plan weekly sets, rehearsals, and service flow
- Coordinate with the Senior Pastor on service planning
- Manage Planning Center, ProPresenter, and music resources
- Oversee worship equipment and organization

- Solid vocals + guitar or piano
- Ability to lead and develop volunteers
- Organized, reliable, and self-directed
- Strong relational skills
