Duties
- Develop comprehensive curriculum plans that align with students’ skill levels and musical interests
- Deliver dynamic, interactive Cello lessons that emphasize proper technique, sight-reading, and musicality
- Manage classroom behavior to ensure a respectful, focused learning atmosphere
- Provide individualized tutoring sessions to support students’ progress and address specific challenges
- Prepare students for recitals, exams, or auditions by guiding practice routines and performance techniques
- Maintain detailed records of student progress, lesson plans, and attendance to track development over time
Skills
- Expertise in curriculum development tailored to various age groups and skill levels
- Strong teaching abilities with experience in lesson management and behavior guidance
