Duties
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to various learning styles.
- Manage classroom behavior and create a supportive atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Provide tutoring and individualized support to students who require additional assistance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and share best practices.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Participate in education administration tasks, including record-keeping and assessment of student performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Music or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
- Proven experience in classroom management and lesson planning.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Familiarity with curriculum development processes is advantageous.
- Experience in tutoring or providing individualized support is a plus.
- Knowledge of early intervention techniques is desirable.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
