Substitute Church Pianist
We are looking for substitute church pianists for our Sunday 9 AM service and possibly some special midweek services throughout the year (Advent in December, Lent in February/March/or April, and Holy Week). We pay $150 per service. We have a dependable every Sunday pianist so this position is really just for when he is out of town. This occurs only a few times a year. Each service consists of 3-6 hymns and possibly liturgy that does not change much from week to week. It is up to the musician to practice however long is needed so that they can perform the job. Weekly hymns are given to the musician by Wednesday for the upcoming weekend. Hymns are traditional and familiar to those with a church background.
