Rettig Music is a full-service retail music store dedicated to exceptional customer service and support. We work closely with school music directors, parents, and students to provide the best musical instruments, accessories, and services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Present company information to customers in a clear and concise presentation
- Assist in the daily store operations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely manner ensuring a positive experience
- Regular interaction with school music directors, parents, and students in person, over the phone, and via email
- Assist in management of inventory and maintaining sales floor merchandising

Qualifications:
- Highly dependable and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Band and/or orchestra experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
