Music Production Assistant
Location: Santa Clarita / Saugus, California

Compensation: $300/week
We are looking for a Music Production Assistant to join our grassroots, faith-based music company and help support the development, organization, and production of our growing music catalog.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about music, enjoys being organized and creative, and has a genuine Christian faith and commitment to living out strong morals, values, and virtues.
What You’ll Help With
- Assist with Pro Tools sessions and basic music-production tasks
- Organize and maintain our growing music catalog, sessions, files, and projects
- Assist with new song development and creative projects
- Help prepare and organize music for artists, clients, events, and classes
- Support day-to-day music-production and administrative needs
- Help keep projects organized from development through completion
- Work alongside our team as we develop events, classes, artist projects, and client projects
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a Christian / faith-based believer
- Shares our commitment to morals, values, and virtues
- Has some familiarity with Pro Tools and music production
- Is organized, dependable, teachable, and willing to learn
- Has a heart for serving artists and helping creative projects come together
- Can work independently while also collaborating with our team
- Is available during daytime hours
- Is located in or reasonably close to the Santa Clarita / Saugus area
Previous professional experience is helpful, but we are also open to someone who is developing their skills and has the right attitude, work ethic, and passion for music.

We are currently developing music, events, classes, and projects for our clients and artists, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us and contribute to that vision.
We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible, with a hiring deadline at the beginning of October 2026.
