Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, individualized instruction in your area(s) of musical expertise
- Cultivate a positive, growth-oriented environment for students of all levels
- Participate actively in conservatory events, recitals, and community programming
- Collaborate with fellow faculty to uphold and advance our educational standards
- Serve as an ambassador for the conservatory within the broader music community
- Maintain open, professional communication with students, families, and staff
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience teaching music at a private, studio, or institutional level
- Strong performance background and/or advanced musical training
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A verifiable record of positive community engagement and student outcomes
- Availability to commit to a consistent and agreed-upon teaching schedule
Compensation
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
