Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Vocalist & Music Producer with excellent singing abilities, a strong foundation in music theory, and experience in vocal harmonization. The primary focus of this role is vocal performance and recording, followed by music production, arrangement, and AI-assisted music creation.
The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English to effectively communicate and collaborate with the Chairman on music-related projects. Occasional executive and administrative support will also be required.
Key Responsibilities
1. Vocal Performance & Recording (Primary Responsibility)
- Perform and record lead vocals, backing vocals, and vocal harmonies for original songs and music demos.
- Assist with vocal arrangements, harmony design, and melody development.
- Support recording sessions, vocal rehearsals, and other music-related projects.
- Provide creative input to improve vocal performance, musical expression, and overall song quality.
2. Music Production & AI-Assisted Creation
- Utilize Suno AI to generate, develop, and refine music demos.
- Assist with music composition, arrangement, and production.
- Support vocal editing, song structure development, and demo enhancement.
- Assist in reconstructing and refining AI-generated music demos into polished musical arrangements.
3. Executive & Administrative Support (Secondary Responsibility)
- Provide occasional administrative and scheduling support to the Chairman.
- Coordinate music projects, recording arrangements, and related activities.
- Assist with bilingual communication and other assigned tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, with strong verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Excellent singing ability, including strong pitch accuracy, vocal control, rhythm, and musical expression.
- Solid foundation in music theory, including melody, chords, harmony, and song structure.
- Experience in vocal harmonization and backing vocal arrangements.
- Proficiency in Suno AI for AI-assisted music creation and demo production.
- Basic music arrangement and production skills.
- Strong creativity, communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in AI-generated music demo reconstruction and rearrangement.
- Proficiency in music production software such as Logic Pro, Ableton Live, Cubase, or Pro Tools.
- Experience in professional vocal recording, music production, or live performances.
- Background in vocal performance, music production, composition, or related fields.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
