Key Responsibilities:
- Project Development: Lead the creative process for musical projects, from initial concept through to production and release.
- Collaboration: Work closely with artists, songwriters, and sound engineers to develop music that aligns with the artistic vision and engages listeners.
- Live Concert Production: Plan and execute live performances, ensuring all elements—sound, lighting, and staging—come together seamlessly.
- Studio Management: Oversee recording sessions, guiding artists to achieve their desired sound and maintaining a productive environment.
