Job Description: Assistant music theory instructor facilitating music students in self-paced assignments in a technology lab setting. Light cleaning tasks are also required.
Primary Objective: Demonstrated development of students’ music theory, aural and rhythms skills over time.
Qualifications: We value the following traits in our Lab Attendants: problem solving, leadership, initiative, communication, teamwork and dependability. At least three years of serious music study on any instrument, strong music theory knowledge, a passion for music, and a demonstrated aptitude for teaching students of all ages are required. Technical troubleshooting skills are a big plus. Applicants must pass a music theory test.
