WHO?
Wayne Center for the Arts Music Department seeks private piano instructors and experienced musicians to share their love of music with our community at any age or skill level!
WHAT?
Teach music classes! Turn your lifelong study of an instrument into the bridge for others to begin their musical journey. We’re looking for instructors to not only teach group classes (of their design) but also provide private lessons. The more involved the better… we even have a full auditorium and sound system for recitals. Those with a previously designed class idea or curriculum are encouraged to share, and those with no group teaching experience are still encouraged to apply. Previous applicable instructional experience in private lessons, formal teaching, training and development, or delivering presentations is strongly preferred.
HOW?
Instructors will partner with the Music Program Coordinator to develop their own curriculum that creates a positive and fun educational environment for participants to learn. Instruments of potential expertise can include (but are not limited to):
- Piano lessons
- Small group piano classes
