Musician Matthew West Details

About

Matthew is a classical guitarist and teacher in Columbus, Ohio. He has earned a
Bachelor’s in Music from The University of Rio Grande, and a Master’s in
Education from Concordia University. Matthew currently teaches at Southwest
Licking Local Schools. He has most recently published a series of educational
repertoire ebooks on his website, www.stringwerx.com. Matthew has been
teaching and performing around Columbus, Ohio and the entire East Coast for
the last 12 years.
Most recently, Matthew has performed with The Worthington Chamber Orchestra,
OYO Dance Company, Columbus Musicians LLC, and Fermata Music out of
Cincinnati. Matthew has also played with and recorded for groups like Veiled in Sorrow, The Crimson Armada, Session 5,
and Betty Bangs.
