Copyright/Licensing Assistant (Part-Time, Project-Based)
Jubilate Music Group – Remote

Jubilate Music Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented part-time Copyright/Licensing Assistant for a time-defined project. The selected candidate will work remotely and collaborate closely with JMG’s Director of Business Development, Royalty Administrator, and Production Manager to support a copyright and licensing initiative involving music publishing assets and related documentation.

This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with copyright administration and licensing workflows within a respected music publishing company.

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with the organization and review of copyright and licensing documentation
Entering and maintaining accurate data in spreadsheets and internal tracking systems
Supporting the tracking of licensing agreements, deadlines, and reporting requirements
Proofreading and reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness

Qualifications include:

Exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks efficiently
Strong organizational and communication skills

An interest in music publishing, church music, or the performing arts is a plus.

Students or recent graduates in music business, music industry studies, or arts administration programs are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
