Copyright/Licensing Assistant (Part-Time, Project-Based)
Jubilate Music Group – Remote
Jubilate Music Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented part-time Copyright/Licensing Assistant for a time-defined project. The selected candidate will work remotely and collaborate closely with JMG’s Director of Business Development, Royalty Administrator, and Production Manager to support a copyright and licensing initiative involving music publishing assets and related documentation.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with copyright administration and licensing workflows within a respected music publishing company.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with the organization and review of copyright and licensing documentation
- Entering and maintaining accurate data in spreadsheets and internal tracking systems
- Supporting the tracking of licensing agreements, deadlines, and reporting requirements
- Proofreading and reviewing documentation for accuracy and completeness
Qualifications include:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational and communication skills
An interest in music publishing, church music, or the performing arts is a plus.
Students or recent graduates in music business, music industry studies, or arts administration programs are encouraged to apply.

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
