Who We Are
The Post Oak School is a leader in learning. Since 1963, thousands of diverse students and families have been part of our comprehensive, early childhood through high school education founded on AMI Montessori principles. As a nonprofit organization, Post Oak’s 100+ faculty and staff take great pride in your child's development—from putting on socks and shoes by themselves to reading independently to landing their first internship and beyond.
Museum District Campus
Post Oak's High School and Middle School are located at the corner of Montrose and Autrey Street in Houston’s Museum District—fertile soil for the interdisciplinary partnerships central to this school’s mission: to prepare an outstanding Montessori environment that fosters collaboration, cooperation and peace, and to provide experiences that promote curiosity, inquiry and engagement.
