Worship Minister: First Church of Christ (FCC) in Xenia, OH is seeking an exceptional full-time Worship Minister to join our extraordinary staff. FCC has a body of strong financial supporters as well as having an attitude of service to build each other up and grow God’s Kingdom.

Responsibilities Include:

Planning and implementing Sunday and Wednesday worship services
Audio, stage and multimedia design
Coordinating Worship Team volunteers
Coordinating Tech Ministry volunteers
Administration of all licenses required for worship services
Pastoral care responsibilities

Other Qualifications:

Vocal and instrumental proficiency
Strong leadership skills

This position calls for a dynamic worship leader with high energy and contagious passion. Applicants should possess the skills necessary to lead worship through a wide range of music styles.
